What we do?

We work with a wide range of ladies’ and men’s clothing, including designer garments and bridal dresses.

How We Work?

As we may be carrying out private fittings, the best way to contact us is by WhatsApp message or email. We aim to reply within one working day.

Steps to contact us:

  1. Send a few clear photos of the garment, highlighting the area you would like altered.
  2. Describe the changes you would like and how many garments need attention.
  3. Include your London postcode and preferred fitting date or timeframe.
  4. We will review your request, confirm whether the alterations are possible and provide an initial estimate.
  5. If you are happy with the estimate, we will arrange a fitting at your home to pin the garment and agree the final work.
  6. Your completed garments will be returned on the agreed date.

Every garment needs to be fitted to achieve the best result. Fittings are complimentary.

How we charge?

All prices are provided on request, as each garment and alteration is individually assessed.

  1. Fitting is free of charge
  2. The price reflects the time and work required to complete the alteration.
  3. A £35 delivery charge applies to work valued under £300. Delivery is free for work valued at £300 or more.
OUR GUARANTEES
  1. I aim to deliver excellent workmanship on every garment.
  2. I will advise you on the best alteration options, balancing fit, finish and cost.
  3. If you notice an issue with an alteration I have completed, please contact me. I will review it and, where appropriate, correct it free of charge.
  4. I aim to make alterations as discreet as possible, so your garment retains its original look and finish.
  5. I complete each job as promptly as possible without compromising quality.
