BB Atelier London is currently focused on clothing alterations, tailoring and private fittings. We are not operating an online shop, so this page is for questions about services already discussed or carried out rather than returns of online purchases.

Questions about completed work

If you have a concern about an alteration or tailoring service, please contact us by email at ladybbatelier@gmail.com or through the WhatsApp link on our website. Please describe the issue and, where helpful, include clear photographs of the garment and the area concerned.

We will review the information with you and discuss an appropriate next step. Any agreed work, price, completion date and collection or delivery arrangements will be considered alongside the original arrangement for the service.

Before contacting us

Please keep any written estimate or messages relating to the work so we can understand what was agreed. Please do not send payment-card details by email or WhatsApp.
