BB Atelier London provides clothing alterations, tailoring and private fitting services by individual arrangement. The website is provided for information and enquiries. We do not currently operate an online shop, accept product orders or take online payments through this website.

Enquiries, estimates and bookings

You can contact us by WhatsApp or email. An enquiry or initial estimate is not a confirmed booking. A fitting or item of work is agreed only after we have discussed the garment, the requested work, the price and the arrangements with you.

Any estimate may need to be revised after the garment has been examined or fitted. We will discuss any change in the work or price with you before proceeding with the additional work.

Garments and fitting information

Please give us accurate information about the garment and the changes you would like. Tell us about previous alterations, damage, stains, delicate materials or any other condition that may affect the work. The result achievable can depend on the garment’s fabric, construction, age and condition. We will discuss any material concern with you before proceeding where it becomes apparent.

Prices, payment and collection

The price, payment arrangements, completion timing and any collection or delivery arrangements will be agreed with you before work begins. No payment should be made through this website. Please do not send card or bank security details by email or WhatsApp.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an agreed fitting or request a change to the work. We will discuss the practical options and any costs for work already carried out or materials already used, where applicable, before proceeding.
